MAKE PLANS TO ATTEND THE ACA ANNUAL MEETING IN CHICAGO

Reservations are already coming in for the American Counsel Association's Annual Meeting in Chicago which will be held in conjunction with the American Bar Association's Annual Meeting. The ACA events will take place on August 4-6, 2001. Listed below is a schedule of ACA events:

ACA Annual Dinner Meeting

JOIN THE ACA FOR A GOURMET ANNUAL DINNER

We have finalized plans for our 2001 Annual Dinner at the luxurious Mid-America Club. We will have a stunning view of the city as we begin our evening with a cocktail reception at 6:30 p.m., during which time we will enjoy Coconut Fried Shrimp, Smoked Chicken on Risotto Cake, Petite Walnut Cheddar Quiche, Baby Lamb Chops, together with a full bar. At 7:30 p.m., our dinner will begin with an appetizer of Plumb Grilled Sea Scallops served over Vegetable Risotto with English Peas, Sweet Red Pepper Oil, Carrot Shoe Strings and Red Cherry Tomato Garnish. Our salad will be Baby Romaine with Roquefort, Walnuts and Dried Cherries, Port Wine Vinaigrette. The entree will include a Veal Medallion with Spinach and Caper Lemon Sauce paired with Sun-Dried Tomato and a Pesto Crusted Chilean Sea Bass. A starch and vegetable will accompany the entree. For dessert lovers, we will have the MAC Trio Desserts: Mocha Opera Diamond, Caramelized Apple Raisin & Passion Fruit, and White Chocolate Creation. Wine will be served throughout the meal. The cost for the Annual Dinner is $140 per person, inclusive. Attire: Black-tie optional.
